First impressions are paramount when selling your property.  The first impression most buyers see of your property is online and professional staging and photography go hand in hand in capturing a buyer's interest. 

From my very first staging experience years ago to today, I am a huge believer and strong proponent of the power of staging! (The property had been listed with 3 different brokers over a 3 year period.  I was broker #4.  What a challenging position to be in with a frustrated seller. Thankfully we had great rapport and with much team work we got the job done! We were under contract in less than 2 weeks!) 

I work closely with, and rely heavily on, the assistance of a well respected local staging company, Creative Concepts and Contracting, LLC.  I affectionately refer to the owner as “Magical Margaret”. The visually inspiring transformations of many of my listings has helped buyers view a property as their future ‘HOME’ vs. just a “HOUSE.’  Many buyers have difficulty visualizing furniture layouts, especially with unique floor plans. Staging guides them to the possibilities of turning a quirky room into a functional space. Staging can play with existing finishes, including wallpaper and outdated cabinets, to lessen a buyer’s concern about possible immediate renovations. Perhaps the wallpaper can be lived with a bit longer… ?   

Margaret and her crew are also fully on board to assist with any renovations the seller is willing to invest in to create the most marketable and appealing property they can. From painting, to a kitchen update, to replacing old carpeting. Bottom line to the Seller at any and all levels of staging, is a larger proceeds check at closing.
